    The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible to develop the communication strategies for the BrainMD brand. The Digital Marketing Manager has a strong grasp of digital content distribution and interactive platforms that engage consumers through compelling branded content. The Digital Marketing Manager provides guidance and recommendations on paid advertising, online marketing channels and customer segmentation that drives results and influences outcomes. The Digital Marketing Manager works in a collaborative fashion through open communication, the giving and gaining of trust, and participating as an active member of the team in an environment of mutual respect.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage all online marketing channels including organic search, paid search and display advertising, email marketing, and paid social campaigns, while adhering to BrainMD’s digital brand standards
    • Manage and develop all of BrainMD’s new and existing digital marketing communications and cross-channel activities including paid and earned search, Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), advertising campaigns and online promotions
    • Manage and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns using Listrak Composer
    • Manage the relationship and determine strategic goals with agency partners
    • Optimize bid management for all Adwords, Facebook campaigns
    • Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns
    • Develop A/B testing for optimization of ad copy, banner ads, and landing pages
    • Design, implement, and analyze customer segmentations
    • Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance of campaign functionality
    • Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns
    • Provide marketing campaign reports, provide daily reporting with detailed next-step action plans to optimize Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) based on data
    • Collaborate with other marketing, creative and development team members regarding content, design and execution of deliverables
    • Participate in all marketing and BrainMD team meetings as necessary
    • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate a commitment to kindness, competence and passion for superior customer service and quality patient care with every internal and external customer
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field required
    • 3-5 years of agency-based Digital Marketing Management experience including building digital advertising campaigns through the use of SEO, SEM, and PPC required
    • Knowledge of standard business, marketing and sales practices
    • Knowledge of Magento preferred
    • Knowledge of Listrak Composer preferred
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, AdEspresso, AdWords or other social and marketing platforms
    • Knowledge of HTML, mobile optimization and email best practices preferred
    • Knowledge of JIRA or other project tracking software preferred
    • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills; including excellent interpersonal skills and telephone communication
    • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
    • Ability to leverage data to optimize marketing programs
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively to create measurable solutions
    • Ability to identify, analyze and proactively respond to challenging issues, render sound judgment, and provide recommended course of action
    • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and protected patient information
    • Ability to work effectively as a team player and provide superior customer service to all staff and leadership
