    The Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics is responsible for developing and implementing the brand marketing strategy and key messaging components that drive the overall vision and for the business. The Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics manages the members of the Amen Clinics brand marketing team and proactively collaborates with all internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve success. The Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics is continually innovating and evolving all areas of the digital marketing presence of Amen Clinics as a brand and has a strong grasp of digital and traditional content distribution as well as interactive platforms that engage consumers through compelling branded content. The Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics is passionate about marketing and thrives working in a collaborative fashion that models open communication, builds trust and fosters teamwork in an environment of mutual respect.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develops and executes all communications strategy for Amen Clinics to increase the brand awareness and creates positive engagement with internal and external stakeholders and ensures consistent branding and messaging along all communication channels
    • Manages, leads and develops the members of Amen Clinics brand team and provides support through the implementation of department goals, policies and procedures
    • Promotes a team approach and regularly communicates organizational goals and vision to the team through huddles, meetings, one-on-ones, etc.
    • Works to identify key internal stakeholders and the best ways to increase collaboration, support and impact for the organization and identifies the right venues for interfacing and building internal networks
    • Manages, develops and provides recommendations on all Amen Clinics new and existing digital marketing communications, cross-channel activities including paid and earned search, organic search, Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), advertising campaigns, email marketing, online promotions, etc.
    • Provides marketing campaign reports, provide daily reporting with detailed next-step action plans to optimize Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) based on data
    • Participates in all marketing and Amen Clinics team meetings as necessary, including meetings interfacing with Clinic Directors and Clinic Outreach Mangers
    • Collaborates with project teams, as needed, to develop communications strategies and content for internal and external stakeholder groups (i.e., marketing collateral, marketing strategy, or awareness campaigns)
    • Manages and analyzes the performance of email marketing campaigns using Listrak Composer
    • Manages the Amen Clinics website as a branding and communication vehicle and works with the Creative Team to ensure the layout is current and relevant
    • Develops and manages the external brand marketing approach including conference attendance, speaking engagements, publishing articles, blogs, and social media
    • Functions as a spokesperson, as needed, to present on behalf of our brand and business, telling our story and communicating our work at internal and external events
    • Collaborates with project teams, as needed, to develop communications strategies and content for stakeholder groups (i.e., marketing collateral, marketing strategy, or awareness campaigns)
    • Manages and partners with external agencies (i.e. advertising, marketing or public relations) as needed
    • Leverages analytics to optimize campaigns, develops A/B testing for optimization of ad copy, banner ads, and landing pages, and designs, implements, and analyzes customer segmentations
    • Identifies opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns
    • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate a commitment to kindness, competence and passion for superior customer service and quality patient care with

    every internal and external customer
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field required
    • A minimum of 5 years of agency based digital marketing management experience in a leadership role including digital advertising campaigns using SEO, SEM and PPC required
    • Healthcare experience preferred

    • Strong knowledge of standard business, marketing and sales practices
    • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager or other social and marketing platforms
    • Knowledge of HTML, mobile optimization and email best practices preferred
    • Knowledge of Listrak Composer preferred
    • Knowledge of JIRA or other project tracking software preferred
    • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Microsoft 365
    • Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills including excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills to manage and oversee others work
    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, project management skills and time management skills
    • Ability to leverage data to optimize marketing programs
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively to create measurable solutions
    • Ability to identify, analyze and proactively respond to challenging issues, render sound judgment, and provide recommended course of action
